The general conditions of sale detailed below (hereinafter referred to as the “General Conditions”) exclusively govern the contractual relationship between any user of the site cintropur.net/Mathy D. - Payment by CHEQUE (only France) on demand

3. Product information
cintropur.net/Mathy D. takes great care in the online publication of information on the essential characteristics of the products, notably technical descriptions emanating from our partners and suppliers and the photographs illustrating the products and within the limits of the technique and the compliance with best market standards.
Sales prices indicated on the Site are in Euros and inclusive of all taxes but exclude delivery charges. We reserve the right to change prices at any time but we are committed to applying the current rates that were displayed on the Site at the time of your order.
You will notice that we will honor your order while stock is available. Deliveries are made on time except in cases of force majeure.
Several payment options are available:

8. Right of withdrawal-Reimbursement
cintropur.net/Mathy D. entitles you to 15 working days to return a product or equipment that does not satisfy you as long as it has not been installed. You can within that time declare your withdrawal by simple email then return the product at your expense, along with your invoice and return completed and signed. Thank you to return the merchandise by registered post and that to take out insurance with the carrier in the market value of the products.
